Lead Tech
The Lead Technician manages a crew of one to three people, sets the tone for how Ocean SoftWash is represented on every property, and serves as the primary link between the field and management. They are expected to lead by example in all things — safety, quality, attitude, and professionalism — and to actively develop the capabilities of the crew members working under them.
Assistant Tech
The Assistant Technician is the entry point into the Ocean SoftWash field operations team. This role is responsible for supporting Lead and Regular Technicians in the safe and professional delivery of exterior cleaning services across the Fraser Valley. The Assistant Technician is expected to learn all aspects of the trade, contribute actively to the crew, and demonstrate the attitude, reliability, and attention to detail that form the foundation of advancement within the company.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding outdoor role that requires a positive team-first attitude, a proactive work ethic, and a genuine commitment to quality.
Estimator
The Estimator at Ocean SoftWash plays a key role in helping homeowners get the right cleaning solution for their property by providing accurate, timely quotes and clear expectations. In this position, you will inspect homes, assess roof and exterior cleaning needs, create detailed estimates using our proven pricing systems, and communicate recommendations to customers in a friendly, professional manner. You’ll work closely with our office and field teams to schedule work, follow up on proposals, and ensure each project is set up for success from the very beginning.
